We have decided to send out 3 emails to our consumers. We have opted for a welcome email, product based email and an email detailing the virtual catwalk event.

Project Name
The welcome email details about the newest collection Rebirth and speaks about the message and purpose behind the newest collection. It highlights some product without going into too much detail as the product email will follow this one. Its important to prompt interest in our consumers, therefore felt it were important to give customers an insight into what the Rebirth collection could look like. Therefore, customers may keep an eye out for the next EDM.

Project Name
Once the Rebirth range has been launched, a product-based email will be sent to the mailing list which presents the new Rebirth products such as our printed garments, knits, and some key garments. The purpose of this email is to take the opportunity to continue to engage with the Basque customer and show them the new range based on their wants and needs. With this exciting email, our customers will also be excited to make a purchase and share it with their social circle
